Served with a red chimichurri sauce made with red bell peppers, smoked paprika, and garlic, grilled chicken is paired blistered grape tomatoes, smashed potatoes, grilled zucchini, and jasmine rice.
Remove cover & set aside chimichurri sauce to room temperature and shake in your hand until it melts the olive oil.
Cover with foil & heat at 325º F for 10-14 minutes.
Cook on high for 2-4 minutes.
Drizzle the chimichurri sauce on top of the chicken and or vegetables as desired.
